Core to our advocacy efforts, DFCR is proactive in guiding the narrative of cannabis legalization, providing commentary on regulations early in the electoral, legislative, and regulatory process with a focus on offering science-based recommendations to support public health. A critical component of these efforts is engaging medical professionals to expand the endorsement for legalization and regulation by medical organizations and developing partnerships with other organizations, both in the U.S. and internationally, committed to cannabis legalization and regulation.
