Maryland HB1147 will ensure anyone diagnosed with cannabis-induced psychosis is unable to purchase legal cannabis through the medical or adult use programs in MD. It also includes capping the concentration of THC in cannabis products sold through the adult-use market at 15%. Dr. Bryon Adinoff wrote the following testimony in opposition to this bill.
